WELCOME TO BAWTRY HOUSE
Bawtry House (pronounced BOAR + TREE) takes its name from the town of Bawtry in Yorkshire, England where the developers originated.
Bawtry House is a luxury, modern farmhouse set in the rolling hills of Michigan. Nestled among farmland and vineyards, it is a quiet place to enjoy a meal with friends in the screened-in porch, visit the nearby beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan or sample the wines, craft beers and spirits of the local artisan producers. Alternatively you could just spend your day relaxing and swimming in the Bawtry House heated pool. The house is a short walk to Hickory Creek Winery and within a short drive or a wine tour from many wineries including Tabor Hill and Round Barn.
We extend a warm Yorkshire welcome to Bawtry House; a house that we hope you will consider to be your home for the duration of your stay.

Tabor Hill Winery
Uncover the rich history of Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant
in Buchanan and explore their modern winemaking
facilities with their casual walking tours. Tabor Hill was the
first winery in Michigan to specialize in vinifera wines.
The winery features a full-service restaurant and bar and
an expansive patio for summer evening dining.
Round Barn Winery, Distillery and Public House
Whether wine, beer or spirits be your drink of choice, the team at Round Barn have something for everyone. The Public House in downtown Baroda offers great food and craft beers and the winery on Hills Road features wine, spirits, and live music on weekends.
Dablon Vineyards and Winery Visit Dablon Vineyards in Baroda and enjoy estate-grown, small batch wines on their patio overlooking the estate. Sample their newly released 2015 vintage estate dry red wines with varietals including Malbec and Syrah. Dablon Vineyards hosts live music on their patio every Friday and Sunday throughout the summer, filling the air with music as you enjoy your wine.
